The finding of the Trial Court is that, in the year 1981, the Plaintiff was a minor.

Considering the finding of Trial Court, as the claim is based on Agreement dated 21st June, 1981, the Plaintiff being a minor was not competent to contract and therefore, could not claim any right in the suit property.
