This First Appeal impugns an Order dated 11 th January, 2024 passed by District Judge, Solapur, by which the Appellant's Application filed through the Appellant's Constituted Attorney one Mr. Shankarrao Dharne for being appointed as de-facto guardian of one Mrs. Leela Narayan Akul came to be dismissed on the ground of maintainability. In my view, it would be necessary for me to have the assistance of an amicus curiae in this matter. Hence, I appoint Ms. Lizum C. Wangdi, Advocate of this Court to act as amicus curiae. A copy of the papers and proceedings in the matter shall be made available to her by the Registry of this Court.
