The above Appeal challenges the impugned Judgment and Award dated 23rd January 2024 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal in MACP No.1994 of 2014. By impugned Judgment and Award, the Appellant was directed to pay compensation of Rs. 1,71,89,188/- together with interest at 7% per annum from the date of the Application till payment and/or realisation, excluding the period from 8th November 2019 to 17th January 2023.

Considering this is a First Appeal, the same is admitted. Call for record and proceedings from the Trial Court. Paper Book is dispensed with. JULY 26, 2024 Ashvini Narwade
