Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

Learned Counsel for the Appellant submitted that according to the Insurance Company the policy involved is covering risk with specific location of Goregaon (East) and the Claimant was employed as 'Centri-Fitter' at construction site which was at Goregaon (West). She submits that therefore the very liability of the Insurance Company is under challenge as not being covered at all.

She submitted that the compilation of documents which were part of the record before the learned Commissioner, shall be filed and relied upon for making out substantial question of law as required under section 30 of the Employees Compensation Act, 1923.
