Accordingly, following paragraph be inserted in place of paragraph 18 of the Judgment and Order:

"However, in view of the above discussion, the amount in respect of Mediclaim of Rs.7,15,246/- deducted by the Tribunal deserves to be granted and the Claimant is entitled to receive the additional compensation of Rs.7,15,246/- with interest @ 6% per annum. Accordingly, the First Appeal No. 1577 of 2024 is partly allowed and First Appeal No. 1906 of 2024 stands dismissed."
