It is pointed out that there is a typographical error in paragraph No. 13, in as much as "First Appeal No. 1679 of 2025" is mentioned as "First Appeal No. 1619 of 2025". 3.

Accordingly, it is clarified that in paragraph No. 13 of the said order, "First Appeal No. 1619 of 2025" shall be read as "First Appeal No. 1679 of 2025".
