Air Corporation Of Scheduled Castes And Scheduled Tribes Employees Ass. Thr.Mr. Kishor J. Dhoke v. Union Of India Tahr. Secretary Govt. Of India And ORS

Undertaking I, ______________, was occupying the staff quarter in Building No. _____ flat no. ____ in Air India Housing Colony I / Air India Housing Colony II / Indian Airlines Housing Colony I / Indian Airlines Housing Colony II situated at Kalina, Mumbai which is now sealed by Mumbai International Airport Limited pursuant to the Eviction Order dated 26th August, 2024/4th October, 2024.

I am aware that pursuant to the Order dated 2nd December 2024, I have been permitted to enter into the staff quarter on 13th December, 2024 for the limited purpose of removing my articles, belongings, furniture and fixtures entirely at my cost and expenses.

I hereby undertake that immediately upon the removal of the aforesaid items and in any event by 4PM. I shall forthwith remove myself from the premises and permit the same to be resealed by the representatives of Mumbai International Airport Limited in terms of the Order dated 2nd December 2024 without any demur or protest, and I shall not seek reopening/ unsealing of the said premises thereafter for any reason whatsoever. I further undertake that I will not claim any equities or possession of the concerned premises on the basis of the Order dated 2nd December 2024 or any steps taken in furtherance thereof.

I am giving this undertaking in furtherance of the directions passed vide order dated 2nd December 2024 by the Hon'ble Bombay High Court. This undertaking shall operate against me, my legal heirs, executors, and anyone else who may claim for or on my behalf.
