Upon preliminary objection being raised by Respondent Nos.3 and 4 as to the maintainability of the First Appeal, at the instance of the Association when the eviction orders have been passed against the individual employees and pointing out that out of 73 members of the Association, 40 employees had already filed their individual appeal, learned counsel appearing for the Appellant-Association, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the appeal. 2.

The Appeal is therefore, disposed of as withdrawn. 3.

In view of disposal of First Appeal, nothing survives for consideration in the pending Applications and the same stand disposed of.
