Learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that the Appellant has not deposited the compensation amount awarded by the Tribunal. Hence, requested to vacate the stay Shantanu Dhudum 1/2

Learned counsel for the Appellant, on instructions, submits that if this Court directs the deposit of the award amount, she will communicate to the Appellant/Insurance Company. 4.

The present Appeal filed by the Appellant/Insurance Company, pertains to the year 2024. The Appellant/Insurance Company shall deposit the entire award amount along with accrued interested thereon within four weeks before the Tribunal at Sangli. Till then, the impugned order passed by the Tribunal is stayed. If Appellant fails to deposit the compensation amount along with accrued interest thereon, this Court would pass appropriate order. 5.
