In view of the statement made by Mr. Rananaware, learned Advocate that the Applicant/Appellant would deposit entire amount of compensation along with accrued interest till date with the concerned Tribunal within four weeks from today, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and stands disposed of.

ORDER IN FIRST APPEAL NO. 1824 OF 2024 :- 2) Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 16th June, 2025. 3) The Appellant to provide copies of Appeal to the Registry for service of notice on the Respondents. In addition to Court's notice, the Appellant to serve the Respondents with private notice and file affidavit of service before the returnable date.
