Motion is made for speaking to minutes of the order date 17.03.2026. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 1 and 2 has pointed out that the rate at which the claimant is entitled to receive the compensation stated in paragraph no. 7 and operative part is to the extent of Rs. 15200/- per Are is incorrect and contrary to findings recorded in earlier paragraphs. It should have been Rs. 14,688/- per Are for semiirrigated land. The mistake is obvious and typographical and needs to be corrected.

In paragraph no. 7 figure Rs. '15200/-' per Are shall be replaced by 'Rs. 14688/-'. In operative part in clause 'B' same correction be carried out and additionally word 'irrigated' shall be replaced by 'semi-irrigated'. 4.

Necessary corrections be carried out and a fresh order be uploaded. 5.

Motion is disposed of.
