It is pointed out that date incorporated in para No. 2 should be 27.02.2026 instead of 27.06.2025. So also first appeal numbers mentioned in operative part B shall be replaced by F. A. No. 3177 of 2025 for F. A. No. 3556 of 2025 and F. A. No. 3556 of 2025 for F. A. No. 3177 of 2025.

Mistakes are typographical and occurred due to inadvertence. Those are required to be rectified. 4.

The date mentioned in para No. 2 shall be replaced by 27.06.2025 and corrections of the registration numbers of the first appeals in operative part B shall be carried out as sought for.

Necessary corrections be carried out and corrected copy be uploaded.
