Shri. Mahendra R. Kale Executive Engineer, Latur present before this Panel has directed advocate Shri S. G. Bhalerao to withdraw the appeal. 2.

Parties have arrived at terms of compromise. In view thereof, appellant seeks withdrawal of the appeals.

Appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.

Learned counsel for original claimants requested for transfer of the amount deposited in this Court to the reference Court for its withdrawal. 5.

Learned counsel for the appellant records no objection for the same.

In view of this, amount deposited in this Court along with accrued interest be transferred to the reference Court. 7.

Reference Court to pass appropriate order of withdrawal of the amount.

In view of this, appeal stand disposed of.
