Since the dispute is between the real brothers and both are claiming right in respect of the suit premises based on separate set of documents, in my opinion, it is advisable that the parties make one genuine attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. 2.
Learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, of the appellant, who is present in the Court submits that he would be agreeable to explore possibility of an amicable settlement.
