1. The parties have filed Consent Terms before this Court which seek to dispose of Inventory Proceeding No. 260/1999/A among them, pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division at 'A' Court, Mapusa. Under the Consent Terms, which would be filed before the Inventory 30th April, 2025

AO 4 of 2025 Court on 02.02.2025, the Inventory Proceeding itself would be brought to an end. The Inventory Court is directed to dispose of the Inventory Proceeding after considering the Consent Terms positively on 02.05.2025.

2. Considering that the parties have filed compromise terms, this Appeal would not survive in view of the fact that the Inventory Proceeding is now being disposed of.

3. All parties are present in the Court and they admitted their signatures on the Consent Terms, which are to be filed before the Inventory Court. Respondent No. 3 represents Respondent No. 2 as her Attorney. Consequently, the Appeal is disposed of having now being infructuous in view of the Consent Terms which are to be filed. Parties to remain present before the Inventory Court on 02.05.2025.

4. Any pending Civil Application stands disposed of in view of the disposal of the Appeal.
