1. Both the Counsel appearing for the respective parties, submitted that the matter is settled. It has been agreed that the Respondents will pay the amount of Rs.70,00,000/- to the Appellants towards full and final settlement in lieu of the subject property.

2. The Respondent no.2 is present in Court in person and states that she has already deposited a sum of Rs.39,24,000/- with the Appellants 23rd January, 2026

AO 11 of 2025 out of the total agreed consideration of Rs.70,00,000/-. Hence, she will pay the balance amount as per the agreed terms. The Appellants accept the said statement.

3. The parties seek four weeks' time to enter into the Consent Terms and present them before the Court. Since the Appellants are based presently in the UK, stand over to 27th February, 2026, for tendering the Consent Terms.
