Heard. Learned Counsel for the appellant seeks a weeks time to file affidavit undertaking that the appellant is not using nor intending to use the Mali room for kitchen purposes. He further submits that the appellant is not keeping nor intending to keep the gas cylinders in the Mali room in future also and seeks a week's time to file affidavit to that effect. Time as prayed is granted. 2.

Stand over to 13 March, 2024.
