Heard Mr. Hardas, learned Advocate for Appellant and Mr. Patwardhan, learned Advocate for Respondent No.1. 2.

Today Mr. Haridas informs the Court that 25.08.2025, Society has already entered into Agreement with new Developer. 3.

In that view of the matter, he would submit that the Society officer bearers and four members of Society are present in Court and in their presence, I have reasoned out with Mr. Hardas and persuaded him to apprise to them the legality of the issue. He has done so.

He would submit that the Society will like to discuss the issue with the new Developer which they have appointed and accordingly apprise the Court on the next adjourned date. 5.
