Learned counsel for the Corporation seeks extension of one week to file affidavit as indicated in order dated 22nd January 2025. He submits that Ms. Swapnaja Kshirsagar Assistant Commissioner shall file an affidavit pursuant to the order dated 22nd January 2025 within a week.

Learned counsel who appears today on behalf of the appellants seeks time on the ground that the new advocate on record is unwell. She, on instructions submits that the advocate has received the Vakalatnama, however, has not yet filed Vakalatnama. She submits that new Vakalatnama will be filed within a week. 3.

The advocate who had earlier appeared and argued the appeal, has not bothered to appear today, though these appeals were directed 4/5

to be listed as part heard.

Since, both the parties are seeking time, by way of last chance to both parties, list the appeals on 18th February 2025. 5.
