Learned Counsel for the parties suggest name of the Former Judge of this Court Shri. Justice S.J. Kathawalla, to be appointed as a Mediator.

Shri. Justice S.J. Kathawalla, Former Judge of this Court is appointed as a mediator to resolve the dispute between the parties.

Parties shall approach the learned Mediator as per his convenience. Thereafter, the Mediator may fix the dates as per his convenience and of the parties.

After the process of mediation, a report be submitted to this Court by the end of August 2024. It is expected of the parties that they would whole-heartedly co-operate in the process of mediation.

The expenses / fees of the Mediator shall be borne by the parties equally.

List on 16th September 2024 under the caption "For Directions".

Needless to state that none of the parties shall precipitate the matter before any forum, till the next date.
