Learned counsel appearing for the Appellant submits that interim relief which was being sought by the Appellant before the Trial Court was for a direction to the Respondent-Corporation to visit the suit premises amongst other reliefs. He submits that in these proceedings, the Corporation has filed the affidavit-in-reply dated 6th May, 2026 stating that the official of the RespondentCorporation has visited the suit premises and they have taken seizure action and the copy of the panchanama is annexed. 2.
In view of the affidavit of the Respondent-Corporation, he sa_mandawgad 1 of
79 ao 252-24.doc seeks leave to withdraw the Appeal from Order. The Appeal from Order is disposed of as withdrawn in view of the affidavit-in-reply filed by the Corporation.

Interim Application does not survive for consideration and same stands disposed of.

Needless to clarify that pending proceedings or the seizure action taken by the Respondent-Corporation would not operate as bar against the Respondent No.2 from filing fresh application before the Corporation for necessary permissions.
