My attention is invited to the order dated 17th February 2026 which directs that a joint inspection shall be carried out by the representatives of the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM) and Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) for the purposes of filing a report in pursuance to the order dated 6th January 2026. It appears that despite this specific direction, no such joint inspection ------------------------------------- Order dated 23rd March 2026

When this was pointed out to Ms. Neeta Jadhav, learned Counsel who appears on behalf of Respondent - Corporation and Ms. Sayali Apte, learned Counsel who appears on behalf of MHADA, they have sought time to take instructions from their respective clients. 4.

Considering this, stand over to 6th April 2026. 5.

It is hereby made clear that the Respondent - Corporation and MHADA shall comply with the directions contained in the order dated 17th February 2026, on or before the next date.
