Learned counsel for Respondents submits that the motion in which impugned ad-interim order was passed, itself is disposed of on 05.10.2024. Learned counsel for the Appellant though accepts this position, submits that he may be permitted to carry out amendment in this appeal, for challenging the order passed in the motion. 2.

Since the appeal is filed challenging the ad-interim order and the motion itself is disposed of, the Appellant has to file a fresh appeal. Therefore this Appeal from Order is disposed of as infructuous. 3.

The Appellant can adopt appropriate proceedings for challenging the final order passed in the motion. 4.
