At the outset, Ms. Sakshi Agarwal, learned Counsel who appears on behalf of the Appellant, fairly points out the Suit filing no. 2187 of 2014 in which the impugned order was passed, which is the subject matter of the Appeal before this Court has been disposed of as withdrawn by an order dated 24th February 2026. She tenders a copy of the Roznama dated 24th February 2026. The same is taken on record.
