Learned counsels for the parties on instructions submit that the parties are agreeable to explore possibility of amicable settlement through mediation.

By consent Mr. Sandeep K. Shinde (Former Judge of this Court ) is appointed as Mediator. Learned Mediator is at liberty to issue necessary directions regarding payment of mediation charges, if any.

Mediator charges if any, shall be paid equally by both the parties. Learned counsel for the Appellant shall intimate this Order to the learned Mediator for further process. Soft copy of this order shall be directly shared with the main Mediation Center, High Court, Bombay.
