16. AO/407/2024 Snehal vs. Abhijeet withdrawal of the suit as a result thereof. A copy of the Consent Terms together with a copy of the said order passed by the Trial Court in Special Civil Suit No. 327 of 2024 are tendered. The same are taken on record and marked 'X' collectively for identification. 2.

Considering this, the present Appeals are disposed of as having become infructuous.
