By an order dated 18th December 2024, this Court had recorded the submissions of the learned Counsel who appeared for Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority ("MHADA") that instructions were AMOL PREMNATH JADHAV required to be taken as to whether the Government Resolution dated 13th AMOL PREMNATH JADHAV Date: 2026.04.10 20:44:26 +0530 September 2019, on which reliance was placed by the Appellant/Original Plaintiff was under challenge before any Court. 2.
The order impugned in the present Appeal is an ad interim order dated 28th February 2024 passed by the Trial Court in Notice of Motion preferred by the Appellant who sought ad interim reliefs against the ------------------------------------- Order dated 9th April 2026
20.AO/409/2024 Swapnali Vs. MHADA Defendant - MHADA restraining them from dispossessing the Appellant from the suit premises. Parties state that till date, the said Notice of Motion remains pending before the Trial Court and in fact, Defendant - MHADA has not even filed their reply to the said Notice of Motion. 3.
Considering this, when this Court sought necessary instructions from Mr. Dighe, he once again requested time to take appropriate instructions from MHADA in that regard.

As and by way of a last chance, stand over to 16th April 2026 on the supplementary board.
