APPEAL FROM ORDER NO. 428 OF 2024 1.
Pursuant to the order dated 17th March 2026, Respondent no. 1 has complied with the undertakings and deleted the properties that are set out in paragraph 3 of the Minutes of Order of the captioned suit and also deleted the Appellant from the array of parties of the suit in the Trial Court. 2.
Considering this, Dr. Chandrachud, learned Counsel who appears on behalf of the Appellant, states that nothing survives in the present Appeal from Order and in the Interim Applications taken therein, which are accordingly disposed of with no order as to costs. APPEAL FROM ORDER (ST) NO. 9816 OF 2025 3.
Respondent no. 1 has also complied with the undertakings and deleted the properties that are set out in paragraph 3 of the said Minutes of Order from the suit and also deleted the Appellants from the array of parties in the suit filed before the Trial Court in compliance with the Minutes of Order and the order dated 17th March 2026 passed by this Court. 4.
Considering this, Mr. Sanjiv Sawant, learned Counsel who
appears on behalf of the Appellants, states that nothing survives in the present Appeal from Order which is accordingly disposed of as having become infructuous.

In light of the above order, the Contempt Petition (St.) No. 2867 of 2026 also does not survive and the Contempt Petition is also disposed of accordingly with no order as to costs.
INTERIM APPLICATION NO. 1773 OF 2025 6.
Considering the above orders, the Interim Application is also disposed of with the consent of parties.
