Mr. Palwankar, learned Advocate for the Appellant, is unable to point out any steps taken to set aside the order dated 18th June 2025 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court Room No.4 at Bombay City Civil Court, Bombay, dismissing the impugned Notice of Motion.

The said order records that the Notice of Motion No.2320 of 2024 was dismissed for want of prosecution and for non-compliance with the directions of the Court. 3.
The present Appeal is admittedly arises from an adinterim order passed in the same Notice of Motion. Since the main Notice of Motion itself stands dismissed, nothing survives for consideration in this Appeal, which has consequently become infructuous.
4.
The Appeal is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. The connected Interim Applications also stand disposed of. (Kamal Khata, J.)
