3) As per the Order dated 01st July, 2024 the matter was to be listed today. However, the matter is not listed. As per paragraph 9 of the said Order, the MCGM was required to hear the Appellants and pass the appropriate Order.

4) Learned Advocate for the MCGM made a statement that, the said direction is complied with and the Order is also passed. However, the said Order is not communicated to the Appellants. 5) In view thereof, the MCGM shall not take any coercive action qua the suit structure till the next date of hearing. 6) Stand over to 16th August, 2024.
