Further, learned Counsel for the Appellant and Respondent Nos.2 and 3 state that, the matter has been amicably settled between the Appellant and Respondent Nos.2 and 3, and accordingly they would file necessary consent terms before the trial Court for compromise decree. Said statement is accepted.
