Learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 2 submitted that the Appeal was filed challenging the refusal of the ad-interim order dated 20/01/2024 passed in the Notice of Motion No. 600 of 2024. He submits that the said Notice of Motion itself has now been disposed/rejected by order dated 16/11/2024. Copy of the said order is taken on record. This position is not disputed by learned counsel for the Appellants. In that view of the matter, nothing survives and hence this Appeal from Order and pending Interim Application if any, are disposed of as infructuous.
