By this Appeal the Appellant seeks to quash and set aside the impugned Order dated 14th August 2024 passed by learned City Civil Court, Mumbai, on draft Notice of Motion in LC Suit No.5752 of 2024. 2) Heard.

3) Learned Advocate for the Appellant submits that the aforesaid JYOTI RAJESH MANE Appeal may be disposed of with a direction to hear and dispose of the by JYOTI RAJESH MANE Date: 2024.09.05 18:46:23 +0530 Notice of Motion in LC Suit No. 5752 of 2024 at the earliest. He further states that, on disposal of this Appeal, he would not challenge this Order in the Higher Court. Said statement is accepted. 1/2
