By the impugned order dated 10.05.2024, the Appellants' application below Exh.5 filed for restraining Respondent from creating 3rd party interest or changing its nature, is rejected. 3.

Learned counsel for the Appellants invited this Court's attention to various vouchers stated to be executed by the Respondent in furtherance of transaction agreed. He submits that the Appellants have parted with Rs.1 Crore 31 Lac.
