Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the impugned order passed by the First Appellate Court is appealable order under clause (u) of Rule 1 of Order XLIII of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. He therefore seeks leave to convert the Second Appeal into Appeal from Order. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out within three weeks.
