The aforesaid Appeal impugning the Order dated 20th September 2024 passed by the learned Judge, City Civil Court, Greater Mumbai, thereby Notice of Motion No.4537 of 2023 in Suit No.3059 of 2023 came to be rejected.

2) Learned Counsel for the Appellant made a statement that the Appellant undertakes to vacate the suit premises on 30th November 2024. The suit premises is a MHADA quarters provided for its employees. Learned Counsel for the Appellant on instructions, states that the Appellant would pay the standard rent towards her stay in the suit premises upto 30th November 2024, as may be quantified by the 1/2

3) Learned Counsel for Respondent Ms. Vichare concedes for the same. In view thereof, learned Counsel undertakes to withdraw the aforesaid suit in the first week of reopening the trial Court, after Diwali Holidays. Hence, said statements are accepted as undertaking to the Court. 4) The Appeal from Order stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. As a result Interim Application does not survive, and it stands disposed of accordingly.
