Learned counsel for the Appellant makes a categorical grievance that despite order dated 17.10.2024 passed about 2 months ago, the Respondent/Corporation has not filed any reply. He points out from the impugned order that when the ad-interim was rejected, at that time also the Respondent/Corporation was directed to file reply, which also is not filed. In that view of the matter, stand over to 15.01.2025. 2.

It is clarified that if Respondent/Corporation does not file reply by next date, it will be presumed that the Corporation does not want to oppose the relief sought for.
