This is an admitted appeal. In view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court on 24th March 2025, this appeal is to be heard finally. Office remark shows that all the respondents are not yet served.

On the last occasion, learned counsel for the appellants had sought time on the ground that the appellants have filed application in the Hon'ble Apex Court for extension of time granted for final disposal of the appeal.

However, there is no dispute that only respondent no.1 is the contesting respondent. The Injunction order challenged in the appeal is passed in favour of respondent no.1. Other defendants Page no. 1 of 2
