Ms. Neeta Jadhav, learned Counsel who appears on behalf of the Respondent - Corporation, tenders a compliance report dated 6th March 2026. The same is taken on record and marked- 'X' for identification. A perusal of this report reveals that the Respondent - Corporation has since demolished the construction that had come up on the property in violation of the order dated 18th November 2024.

Mr. Pradeep Havnur, learned Counsel who appears on behalf of the Petitioner, confirms the said position. Considering this, nothing survives in the present Contempt Petition which is accordingly disposed of with no order ------------------------------------- Order dated 10th April 2026
