Learned Counsel for the Appellant / Plaintiff invited this Court's attention to the order dated 18.10.2024 by which the Respondent/Municipal Corporation was directed not to take coercive action and not to act upon the impugned notice dated 15.10.2024 in respect of the suit premises for a period of three weeks. Three weeks have expired on 08.11.2024 which was Friday.

Today, learned counsel for the Respondent/Municipal Corporation submits that he has no clear instructions that the demolition has already taken placed.

In that view of the matter, place this Appeal from Order for admission on 25.11.2024. Till then, interim protection granted by the Trial Court on 18.10.2024 shall continue.
