Ms. Pallavi Kumbhar, learned Counsel who appears for the AMOL PREMNATH JADHAV Appellant states that the arguing Counsel is on his legs before another Court and accordingly seeks some accommodation. This Court notes that on at AMOL PREMNATH JADHAV Date: 2026.04.09 10:35:29 +0530 least five previous occasions, a similar request was made by the Appellant. In fact, by an order dated 3rd September 2025, this Court had granted one last opportunity to the Appellant by stating this if the Counsel is not available on the next occasion, this Court would dismiss the matter for non-prosecution. 2.

Considering the above, as and by of a last chance, stand over to 28th April 2026 on the supplementary board. The Appellant is put to notice that on that date, the matter will not be kept back or adjourned on account ------------------------------------- Order dated 7th April 2026
