In the first session a request for adjournment was made on behalf of the advocate for the appellant. The appeal was therefore kept in the second session. In the second session, when the appeal is called out, none appears for the appellant. 2.

Leaned counsel for the respondent submits that as per the order dated 30th July 2025, amount is paid in compliance with paragraph 7 of the order dated 17th April 2025. Learned counsel for the respondent however submits that as of now the appellant is in Page no. 1 of 2

10-AO-792-2024.doc arrears of approximately Rs.2 Lakhs. He further submits that an order of eviction is passed in favour of the respondents, which is confirmed by this Court on 17th April 2025, the appellant has not handed over the possession under the garb of filing the suit and present appeal.

Since none appears for the appellant, by way of last chance, list this appeal on 8th September 2025.
