The present Appeal impugns an ad-interim order dated 23rd October 2024 passed by the Trial Court refusing ad-interim reliefs to the original Plaintiff who is the Appellant herein. 2.

Parties inform the Court that, despite the ad-interim order being passed on 23rd October 2024, till date the said Notice of Motion no. 4403 of 2023 is still pending and has not been disposed of. 3.

Considering that since then, the original Plaintiff/Appellant herein has been protected by an order dated 27th November 2024 passed by this Court and which order continues to operate and is in force even as on today, the Appeal From Order, by consent is disposed of in terms of the ------------------------------------- Order dated 1st April 2026

36.AO/826/2024 Shamsheed Vs. Rehana following order :

(i) The Trial Court is requested to hear and dispose of the Notice of Motion no. 4403 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible and in any event 30th May 2026. Till then, the ad-interim protection granted to the Plaintiff by this Court vide order dated 27th November 2024 shall continue to operate.

(ii) The present Appeal From Order is disposed in terms of the above order. There shall be no order as to cots. (iii) All pending Interim Applications taken out in the present Appeal from Order if any, also stand disposed of in terms of this order.
