Pursuant to the earlier orders, the Petitioner/Appellant - Ms. Preeti Manohar Sakpal is present in Court today. She states that, till date, despite the order dated 10th February 2026 which directed her to deposit costs of Rs. 5,00,000/- within a period of four weeks from the date of the said order, the same has not been done.

Hence, the Court is inclined to issue a suo motu Show Cause Notice to the Petitioner as to why contempt proceedings for non-compliance of the said order should not be initiated against her. 3.

Show Cause Notice is made returnable on 4th May 2026, prior to which date, the Petitioner is permitted to file her Reply Affidavit, if she so desires.
