Heard learned Senior Advocate for the Appellants and learned counsel for the Respondents.

Learned counsel for the Appellants submitted that till passing of the impugned order on 03.12.2024, the order of status quo was operating between the parties. The matter is urgently moved because of rejection of the motion taken out for restraining Respondents from creating 3rd party interest.

Learned counsel for the Respondents on instructions states that only till next date, the status quo will be maintained. 4.

It is clarified that the said statement will not continue without specific order of the Court.
