Heard learned Counsel for the Appellant/Defendant. 2.

It is submitted that the Appellant and the Respondent are sisters. The dispute is in respect of a gift deed executed in favour of the Appellant. 3.

By the impugned order dated 24/10/2024, ad-interim is refused. The Motion was filed for granting status quo ante to restore the possession back to Appellant.

Issue notice to the Respondent, returnable on 21/01/2025. In addition to the Court's notice private service is permitted. 5.
