It is reported that the Respondent No.5 has thrown a challenge to the orders of this Court dated 07.08.2024 and 21.08.2024 passed in Writ Petition No.88/2024 which takes a view that it is the High Court that is the appropriate Court before which an application under Section 29-A is required to be filed for extending the mandate of the Arbitrator. Learned Advocate for Respondent No.5 submits that the said SLP is now listed on 23.09.2025 for final disposal. 21st August, 2025
