4-sa-88-2024-ia-1392-2024.doc ORDER:
1.
By order dated 12th July 2024, the parties were referred for mediation. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the parties are in the process of finalising terms. She therefore requests for sometime. At her request, stand over to 3rd December 2024. 2.
Office has placed on record a letter dated 20th September 2024, received from the District Legal Services Authority, Kolhapur requesting an extension of time for completing the mediation process. It is clarified that there was no time period fixed for completing the mediation process. Hence, the next date assigned in the matter is only for recording the progress of mediation. Thus, there is no question of extending the time for completing mediation. 3.
Stand over to 3rd December 2024. To be listed under the caption for 'settlement'.
