It is submitted that the parties have filed compromise pursis and withdrawal pursis in view of their out of Court settlement. In view of this by order dated 18th March 2025, the parties were directed to appear before learned Trial Court for verification of the terms of

2 of 2 957-SA.110.2024.odt settlement and verification of parties.

The Court of 8th Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Beed has accordingly submitted its report dated 16th April 2025 and also the order dated 16th April 2025 on compromises pursis, after verification of the parties and terms of compromise.

In view of the report of Trial Court, instant second appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise. Decree be drawn in terms of the compromise pursis.
