Mr. Bilolikar, learned counsel for the appellant submits that during the pendency of the second appeal, parties have compromised the matter and dispute is amicably resolved in view of the terms of compromise which are filed before the Executing Court in R.D. No. 11 of 2025. A copy of the said compromise terms are placed on record. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for the purpose of identification. 2.
Thus, in view of the said compromise terms, the appellant does not want to pursue the second appeal and seeks withdrawal of he same.

Permission granted.

Appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn in view of the compromise arrived at between the parties.
